WEB RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. THIS IS SEPARATE FROM OUR RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY, WHERE RETURNS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
LOVE, ADORNED WILL GLADLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY. THE GOODS MUST BE FREE FROM WEAR, STAINS, ODOR OR ANY CONDITION THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM BEING SOLD AS NEW. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM JEWELRY, FRAGRANCES, SOAPS AND SKIN CARE ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR WITH REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS. REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR WILL BE DETERMINED BY LOVE, ADORNED.
CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. LOVE, ADORNED WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE LOVE, ADORNED RETURNS OFFICE.
